“You are so busy being you that you have no idea how utterly unprecedented you are.” – Augustus Waters

1. The night begins fast
But where is my jacket now?
I ran through the cold.
2. Sun begins to show
My legs are in a hurry
I haven’t eaten.
3. The trees are dancing
Today is very windy
Minds have been flying.
4. Mountains are sun-kissed
My back is now wet with sweat
How far is the top?
5. The midnight had passed
Dawn is almost breaking up
I should rest my eyes.
Today, I tried to write haiku poems. Gaaah, it’s hard. Well first of all, it should have an element of season or nature. Then the third line should be surprisingly odd but connected with the poem. And lastly, it follows a 5-7-5 structure. 🙂
I tried. But these are the best that I can come up with as of now.
Positive Monday for everyone! Let’s all work for our dreams and goals to come alive. 🙂
Okay, so my phone has been reformat last Sunday and I think because of that my memory card got broken. It’s a good thing I managed to copy most of my mem card’s contents. As I was viewing these files, I can’t help but notice that I have many selfie shots in my phone. HAHAHAHA. Girls are naturally vain, so don’t judge. Besides, I am not one of those too many girls who can take twenty or more pictures of herself in one sitting. No offense. LOL. And I never get to upload these pictures anyway. I am too shy to do so. So now I’m grabbing the chance to let you see “some” of my selfie shots.
I gotta warn you. The following are extremely VAIN pictures so behold. XD
And since I’m 21, I’ll upload 21 photos of my not so awesome self.
HAHAHAHA. Ok, you have my permission to laugh!
Gandang-gandang na ako sa sarili ko nyan? Not.
Happy Friday everyone! Have a happy weekend. :)♥
Do you ever had that moment when you decided to tell yourself,
“Heart, let’s just stop here”,?
I think I already did.
Though I never knew when, I never knew how, I never knew where.
When your heart has already grown tired, I think it shuts off automatically.
Not the case where you die or had a heart attack.
It’s more of somehow losing it’s habit of beating really, really fast.
Really fast that you don’t know if you’re scared or excited, but in any case it hurts.
It’s a process though. A very long one.
You have to undergo a series of sleepless nights and tired eyes.
And with the help of sad songs and movies, you tend to be more alone in your solitary sadness.
Then one day it will just stop.
I mean everything has to stop someday, right?
Even love and hate, I think.
So don’t worry if you’re lonely now.
Everyone has gone through that.
Moreover, knowing that someday it will take a halt and will never come back.
Cry if you need to.
Listen to more heartbreak songs.
Watch more sad movies.
Sit with your loneliness.
Take your time.
Welcome yourself to the human experience.
For one day, you’ll just realize that you made it through.
And your heart is ready for that roller coaster ride again.

Well I woke to the sound of silence
and cars were cutting like knives on a fist fight.
And I found you with a bottle of wine
with head on the curtains
and heart like the fourth of July.
You swore and said,
“We are not, we are not shining stars.”
This I know
I never said we are.
Though I’ve never been through much like that
I’ve closed enough windows
to know you can never look back.
If you’re lost and alone
or sinking like a stone
May your path be the sound
of your feet upon the ground.
Carry on, carry on.
